These are transitions from the K-model, where the quasi-elite dominates, to the E-model, where the elite dominates. It is shown that in countries that have successfully done such a phase transition, the quasi-elite, freed from general social functions, is transformed into corporations and develops with great success, and the elite creates the necessary assistance mechanisms for this. It is this process of contradictory cooperation between the elite and the quasi-elite that stimulates accelerated development.

ECONOMIC RESEARCH AND INNOVATIONS ISSN 2181-4082
1:002, 6 p. 09.22.2023 © 2023 ERI.
