Abstract
The basic concepts, parameters and relationships of the model of social transformations as second-order phase transitions, when the level of symmetry of the system increases and long-range order appears, are considered. These are transitions from the K-model, where the quasi-elite dominates, to the E-model, where the elite dominates. It is shown that in countries that have successfully done such a phase transition, the quasi-elite, freed from general social functions, is transformed into corporations and develops with great success, and the elite creates the necessary assistance mechanisms for this. It is this process of contradictory cooperation between the elite and the quasi-elite that stimulates accelerated development.
