Abstract
A model of the first- and second-order social transformations (similar to phase transitions) in two model situations is proposed. In the first one (K-model), the transition from a state of anarchy and decay to stability occurs under the dominance of clans acting primarily in their own interests (quasi-elite). In the second situation (E-model), the transition from the K-model state to rapid development occurs due to the dominance of the elite, acting primarily in the interests of society.
